Reservation Policies

• Rates are for up to six persons and one vehicle.
• Check in on arrival date after 1:00 p.m. We accept US Currency, MC, Visa, Discover & AMEX Credit Cards and Travelers Checks.
• PHOTO ID REQUIRED WITH PAYMENT.
• Children & Pets are welcome. No pit bulls or rottweilers.
• All units must be self contained with electric service, water, and sewer.
• All units must be in good working order and qualify as an RV.
• No tent camping or dry camping.
• No school buses or tiny houses.
• All guests are asked to wear appropriate attire including shirts and shoes
• All guests are subject to all posted rules and regulations.
• All sites including monthly are taxed an 8% Cobb County Occupancy Tax for the first 30 days. This tax will show on your receipt, but your monthly amount will not change.
• When you choose a site, we guarantee you will have that site type. Management reserves the right to change your site number to accommodate other reservations.

Deposit/Cancellation Policies

• All monthly reservations require a $100.00 deposit.

• Monthly deposits are nonrefundable.

• Daily reservations that are between 1 to 4 days require a one night stay deposit.

• Daily reservations that are 5 to 14 days require a $100.00 deposit.

• Deposits for 5 or more days are nonrefundable.

• Daily deposits for reservations between 1 to 4 days are refundable with a 48-hour advance notice minus a $10.00 cancellation fee.

• Daily deposits for reservations canceled with less than a 48-hour notice are nonrefundable.
• Once Registered there are No Refunds for early check out.
